Welcome to Cerulean Skies! I decided it was time for a new layout. This picture is all spring-ish, and since the weather is starting to get crummy here... well. I figured it was time. Besides, I got bored today!

More info and things and shinies will be added as I go. It'll probably be pretty plain for a bit.
